My stay at the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi was truly nice. The beautiful room I had offered a lovely view of the Piazza, making mornings good. However, I did encounter some service hiccups, particularly during a dining experience that didn't quite meet expectations. Overall, it was a blend of luxurious comfort and a few shortcomings that made for an interesting visit.

My stay at the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi was a blend of amazing highlights and a few minor disappointments. The rooftop views and the grand architecture were absolutely stunning, and the staff, especially General Manager Giuseppe Pontrandolfo, went above and beyond to make my experience special. However, I did encounter some service hiccups at the on-site restaurant and had challenges with room servicing that detracted from an otherwise really good experience.
